I have led teams in high-volume environments across transportation, automotive, customer service, and business development — coordinating people, keeping fleets ready, recovering customers, improving sales habits, and solving the daily problems that make or break a business.

My current operations work now includes overseeing execution across multiple Goodyear shop locations, where the focus is practical: service flow, customer communication, technician coordination, workflow discipline, and consistent day-to-day performance.

That experience shaped how I work today: simple systems, clear follow-up, stronger presentation, and execution that moves the business forward.

Through Ataraxia CO LLC, I help service businesses improve how they present themselves, organize opportunities, follow up with customers, use modern AI tools, and build practical systems that create momentum.

My work has included helping design business websites such as mybizzone.com, supporting private import/export companies with rebranding and sales positioning, and helping teams improve how they communicate, follow up, and train around sales.

I also serve as a licensed California life insurance agent, helping individuals, families, and business owners protect the income, people, and plans they are working to build.

I also bring practical people-operations experience from business coursework with an HR focus, Hertz hiring/interviewing support, and current Goodyear shop hiring work.
